Romanian state-owned electricity and heating energy producer Electrocentrale Bucuresti (ELCEN) has issued a contract notice for refined petroleum products.
The estimated value of the contract is 10,300,000 lei, VAT excluded.
The contract is to be completed within 45 months from its signing.
The bid guarantee estimated at 50,000 lei.
The performance security is 10%of the total contract value.
