Bulgarian National Railway Infrastructure Company Calls Tender for Technical Аssistance, Consultancy Services

Bulgarian National Railway Infrastructure Company has issued a contract notice for technical assistance and infrastructure works consultancy services, following the requirements under the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) programme of the European Union (EU). The bid winner should conduct within 470 days the strategies and the technical projects for the rehabilitation of the railway section between local towns Ruse and Varna and carry out an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report, if necessary. The bid guarantee is estimated at 20,000 levs. The performance security is 5.0% of the amount of the contract, VAT excluded.
