SOFIA (Bulgaria), September 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian Socialist-led government said on Friday it would seek lawmakers’ approval to use 90 million levs ($66.4 million/46 million euro) from the 2008 budget surplus for the construction of a key motorway section.
