Slovenian Abanka Vipa, the country`s third-largest bank by assets, has mandated four foreign banks to arrange a syndicated loan for 100 million euro ($154 million). Abanka Vipa gave mandates to Bayerische Landesbank, DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. and Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG.
