April 4 (SeeNews) - Serbian transport association Srbijatransport [BEL:STRN] said it plans to delist its shares from the Belgrade bourse.
The proposals will be put to the vote at a regular shareholders' meeting on June 6, Srbijatransport said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company has an overall 724 listed shares of nominal value 4,900 dinars ($45/42 euro) each. They last traded on the Belgrade bourse on July 18, ending flat at 5,000 dinars.
Srbijatransport, established in 1951, has about 700 members, it says on its website.
Its largest shareholder is local road freight transport firm Pegaz with a 19.75% stake. It is followed by the operator of the Belgrade bus station, BAS, with 6.5% and state-controlled bus company Lasta with 5.5%. The remainder belongs to smaller shareholders, data from Serbia's central securities depository and clearing house showed on Thursday.
