April 4 (SeeNews) - Slovenian lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) [LJE:NLBR] plans to repay early 45 million euro ($9.63 million) worth of ten-year subordinated bonds on May 6, it said.
NLB has already received permission from the European Central Bank to redeem early subordinated bond issue, the Slovenian lender said in a filing to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
The bonds were issued on May 6, 2019 and will mature on May 6, 2029. They have an annual coupon of 4.2% payable on May 6, according to data from the corporate website of NLB.
The bank recorded a consolidated after-tax profit of 550.7 million euro in 2023, up from 446.9 million euro in the previous year.
