March 13 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's telecommunications company Telekabel Dooel Stip said it has acquired local peer Infel - KTV Ohrid.
Through the acquisition, Telekabel expects to increase the number of customers and employees, while maintaining its commitment to enhancing service quality, the company said in a social media post on Tuesday.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Established in 1998, Telekabel offers a range of communication services, including access to television content, internet, landline, and mobile telephony in 17 cities in North Macedonia.
Infel - KTV Ohrid, established in 2001, operates as a communication network provider within the municipality of Ohrid, offering subscribers access to television content and internet services.
