May 8 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Agram Banka [ZSE:KBZ] said it has proposed to its shareholders to distribute a dividend of 2.0 euro ($2.15) per share out of its net profit for last year.
Overall, 3.9 million euro out of the company's net profit of 8.2 million euro reported for 2023 will be paid out as dividend and the remainder will be retained, Agram Banka, formerly Kreditna Banka Zagreb, said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 12. Ex-date is June 17, record date is June 18 and payment date is July 10.
Last year, Agram Banka paid out a dividend of 1.55 euro per share out of its net profit for 2022.
The bank's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on Tuesday, when they closed 2.78% lower at 25 euro.
