April 2 (SeeNews) - The industrial sales of Bosnia's Federation fell by 1.2% on the year in February, following an 8.0% drop in January, the federal statistical office said.
Industrial sales on the non-domestic market declined 4.5% year-on-year in February while sales on the domestic market rose 3.5%, according to a monthly report released by the Federation's statistical office on Monday.
In February, sales of non-durable consumer goods increased by 12.5%, sales of capital goods went up 5.5%, while energy sales dropped 28.2% on an annual comparison basis. Sales of durable consumer goods went down 6.0% and sales of intermediate goods fell 4.2%.
On a monthly comparison basis, the Federation's industrial sales rose 3.0% in February, after a revised increase of 3.9% in January.
The industrial sales of Bosnia's Federation fell by 10.8% on the year in 2023, the same office has said earlier.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Serb Republic is the other entity.
